Privacy Policy
Privacy information for this site and its services.
Last updated: 19 September 2026
1. Who is responsible for your information
Adrian Provost is responsible for the personal information collected through higherstate.app, at 191 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 1400, Atlanta, Georgia 30303, United States. For any privacy question or request, email bookings@adrianprovost.com with "Privacy" in the subject line, or use the contact form.
2. Information you provide
Contact details; role/company/team fields; inquiry/application/enrollment information; Index answers/results/consents; event preferences; account/support data; payment/transaction references from a verified payment provider; and content you intentionally submit.
3. Automatic information
This site does not use third-party analytics, ad pixels, chat widgets, or heatmaps. Nonessential tracking will not be activated before consent where required. This site loads no resources from third-party servers.
4. Your Index progress and browser storage
While you are taking the Higher State Index, your contact details, answers, consents, and result are saved in your own browser so you can leave the page and resume where you stopped. That copy stays on your device. Clearing your browser storage, or using "Delete my data" on the result page, removes it. If you submitted the form, a separate private record may exist in our systems, and you can ask us to delete that too.
5. Purposes
Provide the requested result or service; respond to inquiries; administer access and payments; operate programs and events; protect security; measure consented engagement; personalize permitted follow-up; comply with law; and improve offerings using appropriately minimized data.
6. Why we are allowed to use it
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for the Higher State Index, for marketing email, and for any optional cookie or tracking that is introduced later, and you may withdraw that consent at any time. We rely on the performance of a contract to deliver a program, event, or assessment you have purchased or enrolled in. We rely on our legitimate interests to secure the site, prevent misuse, respond to an inquiry you send us, and improve what we offer using data kept to the minimum needed. We rely on legal obligation where a law, tax rule, or lawful request requires us to keep or produce information.
7. Sharing and processors
Personal information is not sold. It is shared only with service providers and professional advisers needed for hosting, email, support, security, contracting, and law.
8. Enterprise and event boundaries
Host reporting is aggregate by default; no individual event Index score or contact goes to the host through the standard flow. Small subgroups under the approved threshold are suppressed. Enterprise role-based access, retention, and employee transparency are defined in the contract.
9. AI
AI use is off by default for protected/client data unless a verified feature and terms name the provider, inputs, purpose, retention, access, logging, human review, and deletion. No external model training on personal/client data without explicit agreement.
10. Where your information is held
We operate from the United States, and the providers that host the site, send our email, and support our programs process information in the United States. If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or another jurisdiction that restricts international transfer, your information will be transferred to the United States and handled under the safeguards our provider agreements require, including standard contractual clauses where they apply. You can ask us which safeguard applies to a specific transfer through the contact form.
11. Security
Reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, role-based access, approved transfer, incident handling, and deletion practices apply. No certification is claimed that is not verified.
12. How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as long as a law requires. Index answers, results, and the consents attached to them are kept while your record is active and are deleted on request. Inquiry and application details are kept while the conversation is open and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Program and enrollment records, including transaction references, are kept for the period tax and accounting rules require. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe, and a minimal suppression record is kept afterwards so we do not email you again by mistake. Enterprise retention is set in the contract for that engagement.
13. Your rights
Depending on location, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal, marketing opt-out, and appeal. Email bookings@adrianprovost.com or use the contact form to submit a privacy request. Identity may need verification.
14. Marketing
Marketing is optional. Every email provides unsubscribe. Opting out of marketing does not cancel paid access or required transactional/program messages.
15. Children
The site is not designed to collect children's data.
16. Changes and contact
Material revisions receive a date and required notice. Use the contact form for privacy questions.
