Refund and Cancellation Policy

Current refund and cancellation information.

Last updated: 19 September 2026

Scope

The checkout, order form, enrollment agreement, or SOW presented at purchase controls the specific refund and cancellation terms for that offer. Checkout is not currently open, so no purchase has been made under this policy yet. The terms below are the terms that will be presented at checkout, and the document you receive at purchase governs your order.

Playbook

Full refund within seven calendar days of first purchase; access revoked; downloaded files deleted; after seven days only non-waivable rights, duplicate charge, or unresolved material access failure apply.

Lab Monthly

First payment refundable within seven days; later monthly charges are generally non-refundable once the period begins; renewal can be turned off at any time; access continues through the paid term.

Lab Annual

First annual payment refundable within 14 days; no routine proration after that; a prorated remedy applies if the Lab permanently closes during a prepaid term.

Accelerator

Full refund only when requested within seven days of first payment and at least 14 days before cohort start; generally non-refundable after that window; one timely transfer subject to capacity; a provider cancellation offers a refund or transfer.

Enterprise

The signed SOW controls. Early reservation-payment treatment and payment for delivered work, reserved capacity, and approved non-cancelable costs follow the full program source document.

Speaking

The signed agreement controls cancellation, rescheduling, force majeure, travel, rights, and undelivered-service remedies.

How to request

Email bookings@adrianprovost.com or use the contact form and include the offer name, purchase date, and order details needed to locate the transaction.

Account and data deletion

Account or data deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions from a refund. Deleting data after a refund window closes does not create a refund.
