- 90 minutes
- Self-paced
- Downloadable field tools
- No subscription
Who it is for
- Sellers, founders, managers, brokers, advisors, and professionals preparing for a consequential call, meeting, negotiation, interview, presentation, or leadership conversation.
- People who know what they want to do but become less deliberate when time pressure, uncertainty, or disagreement enters the room.
- First-time Higher State OS participants who want a small, concrete starting point before joining a community or cohort.
- Experienced operators who want a short preparation protocol rather than another broad course.
- Small teams that want a shared vocabulary and a low-risk way to test the method before considering deeper work.
Who it is not for
- Anyone seeking a diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or medical or psychological advice.
- Anyone expecting a guaranteed sale, promotion, negotiation result, or revenue outcome.
- Anyone looking for individualized coaching, live call review, manager implementation, or a complete sales methodology; those needs belong in the Accelerator or Enterprise offer.
- Anyone who wants passive inspiration without completing a real-room worksheet and field practice.
- Anyone planning to copy, teach, resell, or use the materials as a certification or client-delivery system.
Before you start
- No prior Higher State OS training is required.
- Choose one real conversation or room that will occur within the next 14 days.
- Set aside one uninterrupted 90-minute block, or three blocks of approximately 30 minutes.
- Have a browser, reliable internet access, and a device that can display video and downloadable PDFs.
- Complete the Higher State Index first if possible. It is recommended, not required; the score and priority leak can prefill the opening worksheet.
- You will be asked to agree to the program terms, privacy notice, and personal-use license before access begins.
- If using the Small-Team Starter option, each participant must receive a named seat and accept the same terms. Shared logins are not permitted.
What is included
- State Before Strategy on-demand workshop — six captioned video lessons totaling approximately 90 minutes.
- Full workshop transcript — searchable HTML and downloadable accessible PDF.
- State Before Strategy Field Playbook — a fillable, printable workbook that follows the six modules.
- Higher State OS one-page map — Measure, Regulate, Reframe, Rehearse, Scale, with the Playbook’s scope clearly marked.
- Room Selection Worksheet — prompts to choose one room, its people, decision, stakes, and useful next step.
- Priority Leak Snapshot — a one-page bridge from the Higher State Index to the selected room.
- Four-Minute Preparation Card — attention, objective, pace, opening, and first-question prompts. This is a work-preparation routine, not a health intervention.
- Room Map — people, decision, evidence, friction, constraints, and next-step fields.
- Opening Frame Builder — a fill-in structure for setting context, purpose, and permission without pressure.
- First Two Questions Builder — prompts for drafting relevant, non-leading discovery questions.
- Reframe Builder — a worksheet for replacing vague, defensive, or seller-centered language with clearer questions and explanations.
- Disruption Drill Cards — five practice prompts covering interruption, ambiguity, objection, time compression, and an unexpected “no.”
- Two-Pass Rehearsal Rubric — observable criteria for pace, clarity, listening, question quality, and next-step definition.
- Seven-Day Practice Plan — one short repetition per day with a completion box and reflection prompt.
- After-Action Review — “What happened / what I observed / what I will repeat / what I will change.”
- Personal Protocol Card — a completed one-page version the participant can print or save to a phone.
- Completion checklist — confirms that the participant has built and used the protocol at least once.
- Browser and mobile access to the course materials.
- Save-and-resume progress.
- Captions, transcript, accessible PDFs, and text alternatives for diagrams.
- Seven days of brief activation emails tied to course progress.

What is not included
- Live coaching, live office hours, call review, peer community, or a direct message channel to Adrian.
- A Higher State Lab membership or Accelerator seat.
- Certification, continuing-education credit, facilitator rights, or permission to teach the method.
- Customized legal, financial, medical, psychological, HR, or sales advice.
Curriculum
| Module | Objective | Activity | Output | Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Measure the room | Turn a broad concern into one specific performance context and one observable priority leak. | Select a real upcoming room; name the people, decision, stakes, current pattern, and useful outcome; add the Higher State Index result if available. | Completed Room Selection Worksheet and one-sentence priority-leak statement. | 15 min |
| 2. Prepare the state | Build a short, non-clinical routine for attention, pace, intention, and the opening moments of the conversation. | Remove avoidable distractions; define the room’s useful outcome; choose an opening pace; write the first sentence and two questions; assemble the Four-Minute Preparation Card. | Personal pre-performance protocol v1 and saved Preparation Card. | 20 min |
| 3. Map the decision | See the conversation from the room’s point of view rather than from the presenter’s agenda. | Map the people, evidence, trade-offs, friction, unknowns, decision criteria, and responsible next step. | Completed Room Map with decision criteria and friction points. | 15 min |
| 4. Reframe the language | Replace vague or reactive language with clearer, lower-friction questions and explanations. | Draft an opening frame, two discovery questions, one clarifying question, one response to likely friction, and one next-step request. | One-page language card tailored to the selected room. | 20 min |
| 5. Rehearse the disruption | Test whether the protocol and language remain usable when the conversation changes. | Run two spoken rehearsals using a Disruption Drill Card; score observable behavior; revise one line or step after each pass. | Two completed rehearsal rubrics and protocol v2. | 15 min |
| 6. Install the seven-day practice | Move the work from a one-time exercise into a short, repeatable field cadence. | Schedule seven brief repetitions; define the cue, action, and review; choose one real application; set a completion date. | Seven-Day Practice Plan, final Personal Protocol Card, and first After-Action Review date. | 5 min |

How enrollment works
- Join the waitlist with your email. Note the option you are interested in: Individual or Small-Team Starter.
- You receive notice when access opens, with the seat count, access window, and refund policy shown before anything is confirmed.
- You will be asked to agree to the program terms, privacy notice, and personal-use license before access begins.
- Eligibility: no score, credential, or professional seniority is required.
- For the Small-Team Starter option, the purchaser names each seat and every participant accepts the same terms.
- You then receive access and a start screen that asks you to reserve 90 minutes and name the room you are preparing for.
Onboarding
- After you join the waitlist, you receive notice when access opens, confirm the program terms, and complete onboarding before beginning the workshop.
Completion standard
- Finish all six modules.
- Complete the Room Map, Preparation Card, language card, and two rehearsal rubrics.
- Use the protocol in at least one real work context.
- Complete or self-attest to the seven-day practice plan.
What you leave with
- Final Personal Protocol Card.
- Completed field playbook.
- Room-specific language card.
- Two rehearsal scorecards.
- Seven-day practice record.
- Blank reusable copies of all templates.
Recognition
- Issue a digital Record of Completion showing the participant’s name, program title, and completion date. It is not a professional certification, license, credential to deliver Higher State OS, or evidence of a commercial result.
After the program
- Most people continue with ongoing practice in the Higher State Lab. If you have a specific, active objective and want direct work on it, the Accelerator is the next step. For a team, start with an enterprise diagnostic.
- Participants retain downloaded personal worksheets under the personal-use license. Access to the course materials is time-limited. The access period is confirmed at purchase.
Refund and billing terms
- A first-time purchaser may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase.
- Refund approval revokes course access. A refunded participant must delete downloaded program files and may not continue using or sharing them.
- After seven days, charges are non-refundable except for duplicate charges, legal rights that cannot be waived, or a material access problem Adrian cannot correct within a reasonable period.
- Team orders are refunded as one order only during the seven-day window. After that window, unused seats may be reassigned once within the same organization but are not redeemable for cash.
- If the program is withdrawn before access is delivered, refund the amount paid.

Enrollment dates are announced to the interest list first. No payment is taken and no seat is reserved until enrollment opens.
Questions
Is this live or self-paced?
It is self-paced. The workshop contains approximately 90 minutes of on-demand lessons, followed by a seven-day field practice. There are no required live sessions.
Do I need to take the Higher State Index first?
No. The Index is recommended because it helps you name a priority leak and can prefill the first worksheet, but you can begin by choosing one real room and completing the baseline prompts.
Do I have to complete all 90 minutes at once?
No. You can work in one block or split the program into shorter sessions. Your progress is saved during the access window.
What kind of conversation should I use?
Use a real work conversation that matters and is close enough to practice for: a sales call, negotiation, leadership conversation, presentation, interview, client review, or similar moment.
Will this tell me what to say word for word?
It helps you draft an opening, questions, a reframe, and a next step. The goal is a flexible language architecture, not a script that ignores context or pressures another person.
Is this therapy, stress treatment, or a psychological assessment?
No. It is a performance-development workshop about preparation and communication in work settings. It does not diagnose or treat any medical or psychological condition and does not replace qualified care.
Does the program guarantee a better sales or business result?
No. You can complete the work, use the protocol, and improve the consistency of your preparation without controlling another person’s decision or a commercial outcome.
What is included?
The enrollment summary lists the seat count, 90-minute workshop, field playbook, templates, access window, and any team-only materials. There is no automatic renewal.
Can I share the videos or workbook with my team?
An Individual purchase is for one named user. Choose the Small-Team Starter option for named team seats. You may discuss your completed work internally, but you may not redistribute the videos, blank templates, or source materials outside the licensed seats.
What if I buy it and decide it is not for me?
Request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase. Access will be removed, and downloaded materials must be deleted. After seven days, the charge is generally non-refundable except where law requires otherwise or Adrian cannot provide the purchased access.
How long do I have access?
The recommended launch offer includes 12 months of access to the course materials. Your exact expiration date appears before payment, in the receipt, and inside the course.
What should I do after I finish?
Use the protocol for seven days. If you need ongoing practice and peers, consider the Lab. If you have a defined objective and want structured feedback, apply to the Accelerator. If the issue belongs to a revenue team, request an Enterprise diagnostic.
Program terms
Payment
One-time payment for the option you choose. No automatic renewal. Applicable taxes may be added.
Refunds
Full refund available within seven calendar days of purchase; access is revoked on refund. Exceptions after that window are limited to non-waivable legal rights, duplicate charges, or an unresolved failure to provide access.
Cancellation
There is no subscription to cancel. A purchaser may ask for account deletion at any time, but deletion after the refund window does not create a refund.
Access
Access lasts for the period displayed at checkout. Adrian may replace a file or lesson to correct an error without reducing the core program. If the entire product is discontinued during a paid access period, provide a reasonable download window, substitute access, or a proportionate remedy.
License and IP
Purchase grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal professional development or the named team seats. The videos, text, templates, marks, and method remain the provider’s intellectual property. No resale, public posting, model training, derivative course creation, facilitation, or sublicensing.
Participant work
The participant owns the specific answers and original content they enter. The participant grants only the rights required to host and deliver that content.
Confidentiality
The participant should not enter customer, employer, or colleague information they do not have permission to use. De-identify examples wherever possible.
No medical claims
The program is not medical care, mental-health care, therapy, diagnosis, or crisis support. It does not replace qualified professionals.
No professional advice
Materials are educational and are not legal, financial, employment, HR, or industry-regulated advice.
No guarantee
Completion does not guarantee revenue, conversion, promotion, confidence, health, or another external result.
Data use
Use account and progress data to provide access, support, security, and program operation. Use data for marketing only with separate consent. Do not sell personal worksheet content. Provide deletion and marketing opt-out paths consistent with the Privacy Policy and legal retention duties.
Team seats
Named users only. The purchaser is responsible for inviting people with authority to participate. Seat reassignment is allowed once within the same organization before substantial use.
Acceptable use
No attempts to copy protected content at scale, disrupt access, harass support staff, or use the materials to manipulate, deceive, or discriminate.
Not sure this is the right level?
Take the Higher State Index. It names your priority leak and points to the program that fits.
