Programs
One method. Four levels of support.
Every Higher State OS offer maps to the same method — Measure, Regulate, Reframe, Rehearse, Scale. Choose the level of support that matches your Index score and the size of the problem.
The method
Shared principles across every offer
- One method: Measure, Regulate, Reframe, Rehearse, Scale.
- Clear limits: no medical, psychological, or clinical claims.
- Practical application to a real room, call, or decision.
- Ethical communication—clarity without manipulation.
- Evidence appropriate to the level of the engagement.
- A next step sized to the problem, not to pressure the buyer.
The programs
Find your next step
Your Index score points to the right starting level. Lower scores start with the Playbook, mid-range scores start in the Lab, higher scores are ready for the Accelerator, and any team-wide signal routes to an Enterprise diagnostic regardless of individual score.

Launch rules
Rules that apply to every program
- One method, four levels of support. Every program maps to Higher State OS: Measure → Regulate → Reframe → Rehearse → Scale.
- No medical framing. “State” means observable preparation, attention, pace, communication, and recovery after disruption in a work context. The Index and all programs are performance-development tools, not medical or psychological services or diagnostics.
- No guaranteed commercial outcome. Measure participation, practice, adoption, observable behavior, and agreed business indicators without promising revenue, conversion, promotion, or transaction results.
- Keep consent separate. Program terms acceptance is required to buy or participate. Marketing consent is optional and unchecked. A person receives paid-product access and transactional messages even when they decline marketing.
Start where your Index says you are.
Not sure which level fits? Take the Higher State Index first — it names your priority leak and points to the right program.
