Program 02

Higher State Lab

A weekly practice membership. Setup, rehearsal, and scorecard — with a peer pod that gives feedback on observable behavior rather than personality.

At a glance

  • Weekly practice
  • Peer pods of 6–8
  • Monthly teaching
  • Cancel renewal anytime

Who it is for

  • Sellers, founders, managers, advisors, brokers, and emerging leaders with recurring high-stakes conversations.
  • Operators who understand the ideas but need a weekly environment for practice, feedback, and accountability.
  • People whose Higher State Index score falls between 40 and 69: capable, but inconsistent.
  • Playbook graduates who want to keep the protocol in use and add rehearsal, call review, and peer feedback.
  • People willing to practice out loud, receive specific feedback, protect confidentiality, and contribute to other members’ learning.
  • Independent professionals and small-team leaders who do not yet need a full cohort or enterprise pilot.

Who it is not for

  • Anyone looking for a passive content library with no expectation of participation.
  • Anyone seeking lead swaps, unsolicited pitching, recruiting access, or a captive sales audience.
  • Anyone who cannot protect customer, employer, or peer confidentiality.
  • Anyone seeking medical, psychological, clinical, legal, financial, or crisis support.
  • Anyone expecting Adrian Provost to review every call or provide private coaching.
  • Anyone seeking a guaranteed revenue result or a credential to teach Higher State OS.
  • Teams that need a shared baseline, manager implementation, controlled data review, or an executive readout; those needs belong in Enterprise.

Before you join

  • Complete the Higher State Index during enrollment or within the first 48 hours.
  • Choose one current work context for the first 30-day plan.
  • Commit approximately 60–90 minutes per week for at least the first month.
  • Attend or watch the member orientation and complete the confidentiality and feedback standards.
  • Use only scenarios, recordings, transcripts, or customer material that the member has a lawful right and permission to share.
  • Remove or mask personally identifiable and commercially sensitive information before posting.
  • Use a named individual account. Shared logins and unlicensed team access are not permitted.
  • What you need: a current browser, a stable internet connection, and the ability to join a live video session.
  • Agree to the community standards, program terms, privacy notice, recording policy, and code of conduct.

What is included

  • Higher State Index onboarding — score, five-dimension view, and priority-leak selection.
  • 30-Day Practice Plan — one context, one behavior, one cadence, and one evidence source.
  • Member orientation — member library tour, confidentiality, feedback method, scheduling, and support.
  • First-Room Setup — a guided worksheet that turns the Index result into an immediate practice case.
  • Peer-pod matching — groups of 6–8 by role, market, time zone, or shared context where practical.
  • Weekly State Setup — a 10-minute asynchronous prompt to name the room, useful state, preparation protocol, and behavioral intention.
  • Weekly Room Lab — a 45–60 minute live practice session using role-play, scenario rehearsal, or permissioned call teardown.
  • Weekly Scorecard and Wins — a 10-minute reflection on what was prepared, used, observed, and worth repeating.
  • Peer-pod practice — at least one 45-minute pod session each month, with an optional second session.
  • Monthly teaching and Q&A session led by Adrian Provost. The recurring day and time are published to members on enrollment.
  • Monthly Practice Pack — lesson brief, scenario set, Room Map, language builder, rehearsal rubric, and scorecard for the current module.
  • Searchable Higher State library — preparation cards, discovery frameworks, objection prompts, leadership language, scorecards, session summaries, and approved past teaching.
  • Call-Teardown Rubric — observable criteria for opening, pace, questions, decision clarity, response to friction, and next step.
  • Feedback Guide — “observation → effect → question → next repetition,” with examples of useful and unhelpful feedback.
  • Scenario Builder — prompts for adapting role-plays without exposing confidential information.
  • Quarterly Reflection — a repeat Index, practice review, what-changed summary, and next-quarter plan.
  • Private member community — topic-based spaces, announcements, session calendar, and moderated questions.
  • Session replays — teaching portions only, with captions and transcripts. Confidential peer practice and call teardown are not recorded unless every participant explicitly agrees.

What is not included

  • Unlimited one-to-one coaching or guaranteed direct access to Adrian.
  • Review of every member’s calls or private business data.
  • Accelerator or Enterprise access, certification, facilitator rights, or continuing-education credit.
  • A promise that every live session will be recorded.

Outcomes

  • A current 30-Day Practice Plan tied to one real context.
  • A repeatable weekly preparation and reflection cadence.
  • A growing library of personally tested opening frames, questions, reframes, and next-step language.
  • Experience rehearsing common disruptions before they happen in the field.
  • A more observable feedback standard based on behavior rather than personality.
  • A documented practice history across setup, rehearsal, field use, and after-action review.
  • A peer group that can challenge assumptions without taking over the decision.
  • A quarterly readout that separates self-reported readiness, observed practice, and business indicators.

What members track

Members track these practice indicators:

  • Weekly setups completed.
  • Live or replay-based practices completed.
  • Peer feedback given and received.
  • Field applications logged.
  • After-action reviews completed.
  • Current competency rubric by selected behavior.
  • Quarterly Index change, shown as reflection rather than diagnosis.

How enrollment works

  • Review current operations: current module, next orientation, live schedule, Adrian Provost as session leader, what is and is not recorded, and any capacity notice.
  • Choose Monthly or Annual. The plan selector shows the exact renewal date, refund window, and how to cancel.
  • Complete the enrollment form: name, email, mobile (optional, separate consent), role, company, industry, time zone, Index score/leak, primary practice context, 30-day goal, pod availability, practice willingness, community standards agreement, recording acknowledgement, terms/refund acceptance, marketing consent.
  • The Lab is for working professionals who are willing to practice and to keep what is shared in the room confidential. If the live rooms are full you join a waitlist, and if the Lab is not the right fit we point you to something that is.
  • Confirmation shows receipt, renewal date, orientation link, current module, first three setup tasks, and cancellation link.
  • After you join the waitlist, you receive notice when access opens, confirm the program terms, and complete onboarding before the first session.

Onboarding

  • After you join the waitlist, you receive notice when access opens, confirm the program terms, and complete onboarding before the first session.

30-day standard

  • Complete onboarding and one 30-Day Practice Plan.
  • Attend or complete one Room Lab practice.
  • Complete at least three weekly setups and three weekly scorecards.
  • Log one real-room application and one after-action review.

90-day standard

  • Complete three monthly modules.
  • Participate in at least three peer or live rehearsals.
  • Give and receive rubric-based feedback.
  • Retake the Index as a reflection.
  • Complete a 90-Day Readout and choose the next standard.

What you can export

  • Personal Preparation Card.
  • Completed 30-Day and 90-Day plans.
  • Personal language cards, scorecards, and after-action reviews.
  • A participation summary.
  • Blank templates only when the current license expressly permits download.

Recognition

  • Practice milestones are tracked. They are not professional certification, continuing-education credit, facilitator authorization, or evidence of business results.

After the Lab

  • Continue monthly or renew annually for ongoing practice.
  • Apply to the Accelerator when the member has one defined objective, active field context, and capacity for 2–3 hours per week.
  • Request an Enterprise diagnostic when the issue spans a manager group or revenue team.
  • Canceled members may rejoin later subject to current capacity. Rejoining does not guarantee the same pod.

Refund and billing terms

  • Monthly: the first payment is refundable within seven calendar days of the first purchase. Later monthly charges are non-refundable once the billing period begins, except where law requires otherwise.
  • Annual: the first annual payment is refundable within 14 calendar days of purchase. After that window, the annual term is not prorated.
  • A member can turn off renewal at any time in account settings or through support. Access continues through the paid term.
  • Cancellation stops future charges; it does not erase the member’s account automatically. Data deletion is a separate request.
  • A duplicate or erroneous charge is refunded when verified.
  • If the Lab permanently closes during a prepaid annual term, provide a prorated refund for the undelivered portion.
  • Event tickets, travel, and third-party costs follow the event-specific terms and are separate from membership refunds.
  • No membership pause at launch. A member may cancel and rejoin subject to current capacity.

Questions

Is the Lab a course or a community?

It is a practice membership. The library supports the work, but the core value is a recurring rhythm of preparation, rehearsal, feedback, field use, and review.

How much time should I expect each week?

Plan for 60–90 minutes: a 10-minute setup, a 45–60 minute live practice, and a 10-minute scorecard. One 45-minute peer-pod session is expected each month.

Are the live sessions with Adrian?

Yes. Adrian Provost leads the live sessions.

What if I cannot attend a live session?

Teaching and Adrian Provost demonstration segments are posted when recorded. Confidential peer practice is not automatically recorded. You can use the Practice Pack with your pod or complete a replay-based exercise, but consistent live participation will produce a fuller experience.

Will my calls or practice sessions be recorded?

Not by default. A call or peer practice may be recorded only with the rights and explicit consent required from everyone involved. Teaching portions may be recorded and labeled in advance.

How are peer pods formed?

Pods are kept small and matched by time zone, role, market, or shared context where possible. A match is practical, not guaranteed to be perfect. Members can request a rematch for scheduling, conflict, or fit.

Can I pitch my services to other members?

No unsolicited selling, recruiting, list building, or direct-message campaigns. Genuine relationships may develop, but participation cannot be used as access to a captive audience.

What results are guaranteed?

None. The Lab provides a practice environment, tools, and feedback. It cannot guarantee revenue, conversion, promotion, confidence, or another external result. Members can measure participation, application, observable behavior, and agreed work indicators.

How do cancellation and refunds work?

Turn off renewal from the account or through support. Monthly members keep access through the paid month; annual members through the paid year. The first monthly payment has a seven-day refund window, and the first annual payment has a 14-day window. Later charges are not prorated except where law requires.

When should I choose the Accelerator or Enterprise instead?

Choose the Accelerator when you have one defined objective and want a structured 8–12 week implementation with more direct feedback and manager involvement. Choose Enterprise when the problem spans one revenue team, managers, shared data, and an executive decision.

Program terms

Billing

Monthly or annual recurring subscription. The amount, currency, tax, billing date, and renewal date appear before purchase and in the account.

Cancellation

Members may cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation prevents the next charge and does not shorten the current paid term.

Refunds

Seven-day initial refund for Monthly; 14-day initial refund for Annual. No routine refunds or prorated credits after those windows, except non-waivable legal rights, verified billing errors, or permanent closure of the service.

Failed payment

A seven-day grace period applies after reasonable payment retries. Access may be paused until payment is resolved.

Access

Community, replays, and library access end with the paid term. Members should export their permitted personal work before access closes.

Community conduct

No harassment, discrimination, threats, spam, unsolicited selling, misrepresentation, or repeated disruption. Feedback addresses observable behavior, not identity.

Confidentiality

Members must protect information shared in the Lab and bring only material they have the right to use. The provider cannot guarantee that another member will comply, so sensitive information should be removed or withheld.

Recording

Teaching may be recorded with notice. Member practice, call teardown, and pods are private by default and require explicit consent before recording.

IP

Membership grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license during the paid term. Members may use their completed work internally but may not redistribute the library, train a model on it, resell it, teach it, or imply certification.

Member contributions

Members retain ownership of original content they contribute and grant the limited rights needed to display it in the chosen Lab space. They represent that they have the right to share it.

No medical claims

The Lab is not medical or psychological assessment, treatment, therapy, or crisis care.

No professional advice

Discussion is educational and not legal, financial, employment, HR, or regulated industry advice.

No guarantee

Participation does not guarantee a commercial, employment, performance-score, or health result.

Data use

Account, participation, and progress data support program delivery and improvement. Do not place confidential practice content in the CRM. Marketing requires separate consent. Provide access, correction, deletion, and opt-out routes consistent with law and the Privacy Policy.

Removal

The provider may remove a member for material or repeated violations. If removal is for misconduct, the unused term is not automatically refundable; apply mandatory consumer rights and documented review.
