Program 03
Higher State Accelerator
A small, live 10-week cohort for operators with one defined objective. Live pipeline is the field environment, and the manager track keeps the behavior in place after the cohort ends.
At a glance
- 10-week standard cohort
- Small-group format
- 2–3 hours/week
- Manager track included
Who it is for
- Sellers, founders, managers, brokers, advisors, and revenue leaders carrying meaningful responsibility for conversations and decisions.
- People with a Higher State Index score of 70 or above who have a specific gap between strong personal performance and repeatable execution.
- People working on one active objective: stronger discovery, more deliberate preparation, clearer negotiation framing, better leadership communication, more consistent coaching, or another observable behavior.
- Participants willing to use live pipeline, current meetings, or active operating work as the field environment.
- People who can receive direct feedback, rehearse more than once, and document what happened in the field.
- Employer-sponsored participants whose manager will join the defined manager track.
- Founders or independent operators who can act as their own sponsor and name an accountability partner when no formal manager exists.
- Small groups that need the same cohort experience but do not yet require a team-wide Enterprise pilot.
Who it is not for
- Anyone looking for passive videos, inspiration, or indefinite access to a coach without field application.
- Anyone unable to name a specific objective or a real context in which to apply it.
- Anyone who cannot commit 2–3 hours per week across the cohort.
- Anyone unwilling to practice in front of others, review observable evidence, or revise an existing approach.
- Anyone seeking a guaranteed revenue, promotion, confidence, or transaction result.
- Anyone seeking medical, psychological, clinical, crisis, legal, financial, or HR support.
- A team of 10 or more that needs shared measurement, data governance, manager calibration, or an executive readout; route that need to Enterprise.
- Anyone intending to teach, certify, license, or resell Higher State OS after completion.
Before you apply
- Complete the Higher State Index before the fit call.
- Submit one specific program objective and define what would be observably different at completion.
- Have an active work context in which the objective can be practiced during the cohort.
- Commit 2–3 hours per week for the full 8–12 week calendar.
- Attend at least 80% of required live cohort sessions; the exact count appears on the cohort calendar.
- Identify a manager or sponsor who will participate in the manager track. An independent operator may identify an accountability partner or self-sponsor with Adrian Provost's approval.
- Bring only recordings, transcripts, pipeline information, or scenarios the participant has the authority and permission to use. De-identify whenever possible.
- Agree to the cohort confidentiality standard, feedback protocol, recording policy, payment terms, and no-guarantee language.
- What you need: a current browser, a stable internet connection, and the ability to join a live video session.
- Complete the pre-work by the deadline. A participant who cannot complete it may be transferred or removed under the enrollment terms.

Curriculum
| Week | Title | Objective | Activity | Output | Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Measure: Define the leak | Separate a broad outcome goal from the observable behavior that can be practiced. | Map current workflow and high-stakes moments; identify state, language, cadence, or fit patterns; define a completion standard and evidence plan. | Final priority-leak statement, baseline evidence brief, and four-level competency rubric. | 90 min live + 45–60 min fieldwork |
| 2 | Regulate: Build the protocol | Create a short preparation routine that fits the participant’s real calendar and context. | Design the protocol; test short and full versions; rehearse the opening after an interruption; review with peers. | Personal Pre-Performance Protocol v1, Preparation Card, and two practice logs. | 90 min live + 60 min lab + 30–45 min fieldwork |
| 3 | Reframe I: Open and discover | Use opening and discovery language that makes the decision easier to understand. | Build the opening frame; map decision criteria; draft questions; rehearse direct, skeptical, and time-compressed versions. | Opening Frame Set, Decision-Criteria Map, and first language architecture. | 90 min live + 45–60 min fieldwork |
| 4 | Reframe II: Work with friction | Clarify objections, trade-offs, and uncertainty without becoming defensive or manipulative. | Classify common friction; practice clarify-before-answer; define negotiation boundaries; build responsible next steps; apply in the field. | Objection Reframe Card, Negotiation Map, and language architecture v2. | 90 min live + 60 min lab + 45–60 min fieldwork |
| 5 | Integrate: Run the full room | Combine preparation, opening, discovery, friction, and next-step behavior in one sequence. | Run a full scenario; receive rubric-based feedback; compare intent with observable execution; revise the protocol and language. | Full-Room Rehearsal 1, scored rubric, protocol v2, and language architecture v3. | 90 min live + 45–60 min fieldwork |
| 6 | Rehearse I: Add pressure safely | Make the weakest moment visible through repeated, bounded difficulty. | Build three scenario variants; practice ambiguity, interruption, and objection; repeat the lowest-scoring behavior; document adjustments. | Scenario set, three scored repetitions, and competency trend. | 90 min live + 60 min lab + 30–45 min review |
| 7 | Rehearse II: Review real work | Learn from a permissioned call, transcript, meeting note, or accurate reconstruction without overclaiming causation. | Mark decision moments; separate observation from assumption; identify one effective move and one missed move; repeat the missed moment. | Call Teardown, revised script or protocol, and one manager coaching action. | 90 min live + 45–60 min fieldwork |
| 8 | Apply: Work the live pipeline | Transfer practice to current opportunities or leadership situations and compare planned behavior with field use. | Select two live applications; prepare, execute, and review; bring one case to the Lab; update the adoption report. | Two Field Application Logs, Full-Room Rehearsal 2, and adoption report update. | 90 min live + 60 min lab + 45–60 min fieldwork |
| 9 | Scale: Install the cadence | Build a reinforcement rhythm that does not depend on memory, motivation, or Adrian Provost. | Choose weekly and monthly reviews; calibrate the manager; define ownership; set triggers for practice and feedback; resolve privacy boundaries. | Personal or manager cadence, ownership map, coaching calendar, and competency check. | 90 min live + 60 min lab + 45 min manager calibration |
| 10 | Prove and continue | Describe what changed, what did not, what the evidence supports, and what to practice next. | Retake the Index; complete final scenario; compare baseline and current rubric; prepare the readout; run manager handoff; build the next 30 days. | Final competency score, evidence-limited readout, Personal Playbook, and 30-Day Continuation Plan. | 90 min live + 30 min final calibration + 60 min manager handoff |
Competency scale
- Not yet demonstrated — the target behavior is absent or cannot be observed.
- Emerging — the behavior appears with prompting but is inconsistent or breaks at the first change in the scenario.
- Field-ready — the behavior is demonstrated without prompting in a realistic scenario, with an appropriate adjustment when the room changes.
- Repeatable — the behavior is demonstrated across varied scenarios, and the participant can explain the choice and coach the standard responsibly.

How enrollment works
- Step 1 — Application: submit the full multi-field application above.
- Step 2 — Fit review: Adrian checks objective specificity, real context, time commitment, manager/sponsor path, program fit, cohort capacity, and acceptance of feedback/confidentiality/no-guarantee standards.
- Step 3 — Decision and qualified call: strong fit gets a fit call; clear fit may receive an offer without a call; applicants needing clarification get one focused follow-up; not-fit-now applicants get a plain reason and a route to another offer; waitlisted applicants are told the cohort, likely decision date, and that no payment is collected.
- Step 4 — Offer and enrollment: acceptance email names the cohort, schedule, Adrian Provost as session leader, sessions, access window, attendance standard, and refund/transfer terms. The applicant signs enrollment terms, then completes onboarding.
Onboarding
- After you join the waitlist, you receive notice when access opens, confirm the program terms, and complete onboarding before the first session.

Recognition
- The completion record notes that the participant met the program's attendance, application, and rubric requirements. It is not a certificate, professional license, regulated credential, permission to teach or facilitate Higher State OS, continuing-education credit, or proof of a commercial outcome.
After the cohort
- Join or continue in Higher State Lab at the then-current rate for ongoing practice.
- Apply the 30-Day Continuation Plan with the manager/sponsor.
- A company with a team-wide need moves to an Enterprise diagnostic.
- Future advanced or facilitator programs are separate offers and must not be implied until curriculum, ethics, assessment, supervision, and licensing are operational.
Refund and billing terms
- Full refund if requested within seven calendar days of the first payment and at least 14 calendar days before the cohort starts.
- After that point, payment is non-refundable because cohort capacity and Adrian Provost's time have been reserved.
- A participant may request one transfer to the next available cohort if the request arrives at least seven calendar days before the start. A transfer is subject to capacity and must be used within 12 months.
- After the cohort begins, a transfer is considered only for a documented exceptional circumstance, is not guaranteed, and does not erase payment obligations for services already delivered.
- Missed sessions do not create a refund; the published make-up path applies.
- If the provider cancels the cohort, the participant may choose a full refund or transfer.
- If the provider materially changes the schedule before launch and the participant cannot attend, offer a transfer or refund.
- Private clinics expire with the access window and have no cash value. A clinic canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as used, except for documented emergencies.

Questions
Why is there an application?
The cohort works only when each participant has a specific objective, a real place to apply it, enough time to practice, and a willingness to receive feedback. The application protects the quality of the room and helps route people to a smaller or larger offer when appropriate.
Is this a sales course?
It is a human-performance implementation used often in revenue contexts. It covers preparation, decision language, rehearsal, feedback, and operating cadence. It does not replace product training, industry licensing, a company’s sales process, or legal and compliance requirements.
How much time will I need?
Plan for 2–3 hours per week on average: a 90-minute core session, selected 60-minute labs, and brief field application and review. A lab week may reach 3.5 hours. Manager time is about 15 minutes weekly plus three scheduled sessions.
Do I need a manager?
A manager or sponsor is expected because reinforcement matters. Founders and independent operators may self-sponsor and name an accountability partner. The fit review confirms the right arrangement.
Can my manager see everything I submit?
No. The program defines role-appropriate progress information before the cohort. Managers may see attendance, agreed practice, shared rubrics, and participant-approved outputs. Private coaching notes or unrelated personal details are not shared without permission, except where law or safety requires.
What if I miss a live session?
Use the replay for the teaching portion and complete the published make-up exercise and scored rehearsal. Private breakouts may not be recorded. You still need 80% attendance or approved make-up work to complete.
Will Adrian lead the cohort?
Yes. Adrian Provost leads the live sessions.
Do I have to share call recordings or confidential pipeline data?
No. Use permissioned, de-identified material when available. You can reconstruct a scenario accurately when a recording cannot be shared. Never upload customer or employer information without authority and consent.
What does “competency” mean here?
It means the target behavior is observed at the published field-ready level in two bounded scenarios using the program rubric. It does not certify overall professional competence or predict a commercial result.
Are results guaranteed?
No. The program guarantees delivery of the contracted curriculum and support, not a revenue, deal, promotion, confidence, or team result. Participants influence practice and application but do not control every variable in the field.
What are the refund and transfer terms?
A full refund is available within seven calendar days of the first payment when the request is also at least 14 days before the cohort begins. After that, payment is generally non-refundable. One transfer may be requested at least seven days before the start, subject to capacity.
Should my team choose Accelerator or Enterprise?
One to five people can usually join an Accelerator cohort. Six to nine requires a fit review. Ten or more, or any need involving shared data, manager calibration, and an executive readout, should begin with Enterprise.
Program terms
Enrollment
A seat is confirmed only after acceptance, signed terms, and first payment. The published cohort schedule and tier are part of the enrollment record.
Payment
Pay in full or in two equal installments. Failure to make the second payment may pause access and completion status after notice and a reasonable cure period.
Refund
Full refund only within seven calendar days of first payment and at least 14 days before the cohort begins, except non-waivable legal rights or provider cancellation.
Transfer
One transfer request at least seven days before start, valid for the next available cohort within 12 months and subject to capacity. Transfers after launch are exceptional and not guaranteed.
Cancellation by provider
If the provider cancels the cohort, participants choose a refund or transfer. If a single session is canceled, provide a rescheduled session or equivalent make-good.
Access
Six months from cohort start unless the order form states otherwise. Replays and resources expire at the end of the window; permitted personal exports may be retained.
Attendance and completion
Payment does not guarantee completion. The participant must satisfy the published requirements.
Confidentiality
Participants protect cohort, customer, employer, and peer information. Bring only material they may lawfully use and de-identify it where possible. The provider cannot guarantee another participant’s compliance, so do not disclose information that cannot safely be shared.
Recording
Teaching may be recorded with advance notice. Breakouts, private clinics, and case reviews are not recorded by default. No participant may record without explicit permission.
IP
Participants receive a limited, non-transferable license for their own professional development during the access term. No redistribution, facilitation, resale, public posting, model training, or derivative curriculum.
Participant work
Participants own their original responses and outputs. They grant the rights required for program delivery. Any anonymized use for research, examples, or marketing requires separate permission when it is not already lawfully covered.
Manager participation
The participant authorizes the agreed manager contact and data-sharing boundary. Manager access is for reinforcement, not covert monitoring or employment decisions.
No medical claims
The program is not medical or psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or crisis support.
No professional advice
Program content is educational and not legal, financial, HR, employment, or regulated industry advice.
No guarantee
No revenue, conversion, promotion, confidence, or external outcome is promised.
Conduct
Harassment, discrimination, deception, unauthorized solicitation, confidentiality breaches, and material disruption may result in removal. Removal for misconduct does not automatically create a refund.
Data use
Use application, attendance, progress, and payment data to administer the cohort. Keep sensitive practice content out of the CRM. Marketing requires separate consent. Honor access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights subject to legal retention.
